This project is a speculative housing scheme which L&M Keating Ltd are currently developing and building on our own site. The scheme in its entirety consists of 49No dwellings including all associated drainage and site development works is being completed over phases The range of houses consists of 4 bedroomed detached (124m2 G.F.A.) and 3 bedroomed dormers (73m2 G.F.A.). Construction methods involve some piled foundations with ground beams and structural concrete floor slab, while more are of a traditional strip foundation with ground bearing slabs. All dwellings are timber framed “super warm” construction clad with brick and plastered blockwork. |
