DOONBEG GOLF
CLUBHOUSE &
ACCOMMODATION.

 In April 2004, L&M Keating Ltd. in a Joint Venture with John Paul
Construction were contracted to construct the first phase of the
landmark development at Doonbeg Golf Course. The work to be
included in phase 1 consisted of the construction of Doonbeg
Lodge, Pro shop and Norman & Garden suites. The lodge
comprises of five star accommodations of fifteen suites, private
and public bars and dining rooms, spa and fitness areas as well
as all back of house facilities.

The pro-shop facility includes a bar and restaurant, shop and
changing rooms. The Norman and Garden suites which number
thirteen, two & three bed apartments are also finished to the
highest standard. Site works included an arched bridge, tarmac
carparks, kerbing, cobbled courtyard, granite paving and
landscaped to Diarmuid Gavin design.

In January 2005 the Joint Venture was awarded phase 2 of the
project which entailed the construction of an additional nineteen
two, three and four bedroomed apartments.
