PHASE 3

 Following the success of Phases 1 and 2, L&M Keating Ltd. were
appointed Sole Main Contractor to construct Phase 3 of the
landmark development at Doonbeg Golf Club. This phase
consisted of the construction of 36no 4 bedroom detached and
semi-detached luxury holiday cottages and associated site works.

The works involved extensive site preparation due to the poor
quality ground conditions. The entire drainage installation was
laid on concrete ground beams supported by piles and the site
was landscaped and planted to international 5-star standard.

All houses are traditional build, 2 storey dwellings, built in
accordance with Homebond and International Tourism Standards
and finished to 5 star luxury quality standard.
