L&M Keating Ltd. were contracted to construct Phase 3A of the landmark development at Doonbeg Golf Club. This phase consisted of the construction of 36No 4 bedroom detached and semi detached exclusive holiday cottages and associated site works. L&M Keating Ltd. have worked in tandem with the client and the design team to transfer this project from design to construction to client handover in a minimum time constraint. L&M Keating Ltd. have worked at Doonbeg Golf Club since 2000 when we constructed the access road to the Golf Club, since then we have developed an excellent relationship with our client and have carried works in the region of €60m in the intervening period. (€35m in joint venture with John Paul Construction in Phase 1 & 2). |
