ENNISTYMON DISTRICT

 This project involved the refurbishment of the existing single
story building which forms the central structure to the layout of
the hospital facility and the construction of two new flat roofed
extensions within the existing court yard.

The hospital remained in operation for the duration of the
contract and all services remained live. This posed significant
challenges as existing kitchen area was the hub of mechanical
and electrical services supply for the entire hospital.

Works included:
• New M&E Services were integrated with the existing M&E
Networks
• Internal finishes to clinical production standard
• Renovations to the fabric of existing buildings including new
windows, roof finishes and insulation
• Connections to the existing clinical and office buildings
• Tunnelling underneath live buildings for installation of extensive
new M&E Services
