Profile
Health and Safety performance is a top priority at all levels within the company. L&M Keating Ltd. is totally committed to continuous improvement of safety standards and performance.
L&M Keating Ltd. were one of the first companies in the Mid-West to achieve Safe-T Cert accreditation and through this we have developed our own Health and Safety Management System and Procedures which foster the development of safe practices across all company operations. Through regular and ongoing review and auditing procedures, the company strives for continuous improvement in all operations.
Health and Safety Training
The training requirements of all staff and operatives are regularly reviewed and maintained. A tailored training program is implemented by the company to meet all training requirements. All site management staff complete the IOSH approved Managing Safety in Construction course organised by the CIF.
