KILDYSART COMMUNITY
COLLEGE,

 This project comprised of the construction of a 325 Student
Community College of the site of an existing vocational school.

The works included the demolition of the existing building and
the construction of a two storey 3,000m2 structure surrounding a
central courtyard. This modern building included a sports hall,
science and music laboratories as well as offices and canteen
facilities.

The building was handed over ready for immediate use by
Teachers and Students for the school year commencing
September 2003, less than one year from contract award.
