This project involved the conversion of the existing 3 storey “Creek Lodge” Hostel into a new development of eight duplex apartments on the first and second floors with new access via external stairs and an external lift to the first floor. The major alterations involved the removal of all existing internal walls, partitions, ceilings and fittings, existing internal concrete stairwells were broken out, removed and replaced with new concrete floors. The existing bar and restaurant on the ground floor was gutted out and completely re-fitted to a new and more modern design. |
