This project located adjacent to Kilrush Marina in Co. Clare involved the construction of 24 luxury waterfront apartments. The building comprised of a curved 5 story insitu concrete frame with specialist external rendering. Each apartment comes with an extensive decked balcony. The apartments are fitted to the highest standards including imported fitted kitchens. Further stages of this development include the construction of a new 36no bedroom hotel with restaurant and bar, conference centre/function area, leisure centre with pool and gym over a multi-storey car park, ancillary storage and yard on-site surface car parking, and associated site works with connection to town’s main sewer and water supply. |
