This project entailed the construction of a 3-storey development of 24nr apartments and commercial units surrounding a courtyard over a basement providing parking and refuse storage. This city centre site with minimal access and storage provided the unusual challenges associated with a site of this nature. The building was provided with all internal finishes. The external façade was dominated by the dry jointed limestone cladding. |
